The Plan Administration Analyst provides administrative services for qualified retirement plans including, but not limited to annual compliance testing, contribution calculations, and preparation of the Form 5500. This role keeps plans qualified by making sure all regulatory deadlines are met and working with clients to resolve compliance issues. This position works with and advises other departments on plan compliance matters.

The position serves as a subject matter expert for a plan compliance administration team and is responsible for delivery of technical administrative services to qualified retirement plans. This position is accountable for ensuring the day-to-day business needs are being met for their own workload. This position will provide associate training, meeting facilitation, and development/implementation of workflow process improvement. This position also supports the daily activity of the team through team standards, answering processing or escalation questions, and acting as subject matter expert as needed to meet team and Retirement Plan division goals.

This position provides client service to our partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors. The Retirement Services Consultant will develop and maintain a detailed comprehension of retirement plans and Ascensus products and services with the goal of helping our clients manage their retirement plans appropriately. The Retirement Service Consultant works with the Relationship Manager to deliver client satisfaction by providing retirement plan and operational expertise, proactively identifying, owning and resolving client issues and engaging clients with value added consulting.

The Institutional Relationship Manager (Field Rep) will be responsible for the outreach supporting one or more Government Savings division lines of business, which includes, the 529 (Direct, Advisor, ABLE) and or State Facilitated Retirement Program (SFRP) programs, with the goal of increasing participation in the existing plan.

The Regional Vice President’s (RVP) primary responsibility is to facilitate the growth of retirement plan sales through Financial Professionals, TPAs, RIAs, and DC I/O Firms. This is accomplished through promoting both our product options and our alliance partners’ products, advising and assisting Financial Professionals during the prospecting stage, and attending sales calls as requested.
