At WIPN, committees are where ideas turn into impact. Behind every event, mentorship opportunity, research initiative, and sponsor company is a group of dedicated volunteers who have raised their hands and said, “I want to make this better.”

Our committee members are more than volunteers, they are advocates for the advancement of women in financial services. They work together to shape programs, build each other up, and create opportunities for women to grow, lead, and succeed. From planning national events to supporting sponsorship or driving member engagement, their work directly fuels the mission of WIPN to empower and elevate women across the industry.

Serving on a committee is also a powerful way to give back. It’s where relationships deepen, leadership skills grow, and voices are heard. Many of our volunteers step into these roles looking to contribute, and leave having gained new confidence, and lifelong connections.
