Colleen Rodriguez

Colleen Rodriguez is a member of Infosys’ Retirement Center of Excellence (RCOE),
where she advances industry best practices, strengthens sales strategy, and develops
innovative solutions across retirement offerings. With more than 20 years of retirement
industry experience, she has held senior executive roles at Ascensus, leading initiatives
in product development, M&A integration, offshore expansion, and technology
transformation. Recognized as a trusted advisor and mentor, Colleen blends strategic
insight with a people-first approach to drive meaningful impact. She contributes to
professional organizations by supporting WIPN’s Philadelphia Chapter, volunteering
with Girls on the Run, and serving as a board member for Drive to Thrive and Aubrey
Advocates. Colleen holds an Executive MBA from Drexel LeBow and a B.S. in
Accounting from LaSalle University, along with advanced professional development in
AI applications. Outside of work, she prioritizes well-being, spending time with her
husband and daughter and staying active through reading, meditation, running, and
Peloton workouts.
