In today’s fast-paced world, having a clear sense of purpose is more important than ever. This interactive workshop will explore the role of meaning and purpose in your lives in 2025. Through guided reflection and a science-based framework, participants will move from passively receiving a sense of purpose to actively becoming the authors of their own "why." You'll walk away with a framework to define a new personal narrative—one that aligns with your values and fuels intentional living.
