Chris Chaia is an International Coaching Federation (ICF)–certified executive coach, former CMO, and Fortune 100 marketing executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in the financial services and retirement plan industry. Earlier in her career, she co-chaired the first NAPA 401(k) Summit (formerly known as the ASPPA 401(k) Sales Summit). She has held senior roles across complex, regulated organizations and now as an entrepreneur, specializes in coaching senior executives and high-potential leaders navigating growth, acquisitions, and organizational transformation.
