Chris Koenemann

Chris brings a rare blend of strategy consulting, organizational leadership, and deep experience in mentoring others. He began as a strategy consultant with PwC and later IBM, leading change management projects with NASA and other large organizations. He then entered a Benedictine monastery, where he lived and worked for 17 years, serving as a priest for 10 years. Within the monastery’s nonprofit enterprise, he served as Vice-Chair of the Board where he oversaw finance, administration, and governance. Chris holds a BS in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and an STL in Spiritual Theology from the Pontifical University of Saint Thomas in Urbe (Angelicum). Chris approaches Executive Coaching with specialty areas of organizational leadership, conflict resolution, work-life balance, identifying one’s human, intellectual and social capital, and navigating life transitions with the angle of finding purpose and meaning from a Christian tradition perspective.
