Irwin Tran

Irwin spent over 20 years in global biotech, rising from technical expert to managing global teams. Like many high-performing leaders, he pushed hard until the pace of the pandemic brought him to the edge of burnout. Stepping back gave him something unexpected: clarity. In the quiet space he created, he realized what he cared about most: helping leaders navigate complexity without losing themselves. Today, Irwin is an ICF-certified coach who works with modern leaders who want to grow with intention, not exhaustion. His approach blends sharp insight with calm presence, helping clients clear the fog, reconnect with their values, and lead with focus and purpose.

Outside of coaching, Irwin is often on the soccer field with his two boys or exploring creative hobbies like woodworking, piano, and guitar. He also leads the STEAM committee at his local elementary school, bringing curiosity and community to life.
