Throughout her career in Retirement Services, leading business development, sales, and client relationship team, Tammy built a reputation for helping leaders navigate growth, change, and complex business environments.

Today, as a thinking partner and coach, she works with leaders who want space to step back, see the broader board, and lead with greater clarity and intention.

Tammy is a PCC-certified coach through the International Coaching Federation and a graduate of the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC). She is a past president and current advisory board member of WIPN, where she has long been involved in advancing women’s leadership in the retirement services industry.
