Tammy Ouverson

Tammy used to believe success was defined by numbers and expertise. Over time, she came to realize that real impact comes from leadership, and from who we are when we lead, not just what we do. Her career spans senior leadership roles in sales, business development, and relationship management across both Fortune 500 firms and startups in the Financial Services industry. Along the way, she discovered her true passion: helping leaders deepen their identity, see the bigger picture, and elevate their impact. As a thought partner and coach, she challenges the conventional view of leadership. To her, leadership is not a checklist or a title, it is an identity, a mindset, and the handprint we leave on our work and the people around us. She is certified through the International Coaching Federation (PCC) and the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC). She also serves on the advisory board of WIPN, where she is a past president, advancing female leaders in the Retirement Services industry. In addition, she holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 registrations.Her focus is on the “being” side of leadership, accelerating leadership maturity and elevating impact.
