Partners and supports sales directors (Regional Directors) as well as prospective and existing partners with new business proposals.

Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. -Assists Regional Directors (External Sales Team) in all aspects of maintaining/creating new relationships with Retirement Advisors. -Handles incoming calls and emails involving prospecting, providing industry updates and sales ideas, and onboarding new business. -Partners with Regional Directors to maximize territory coverage and market penetration. -Gathers necessary marketing data to assist in identifying and updating information on prospective clients and competition. -Provides marketing support, including proposal preparation and RFP (Request for Proposal) response assistance. -Consistently meets and/or exceeds performance expectations, working under pressure in a very fast paced, demanding environment, continuously under tight deadlines -Focuses on learning in everyday activities and events -Collaborates with and openly shares knowledge with colleagues Works with internal operations partners to support the post-sales functions including: -Coordinating contracts, conversion process, investment lineup and mapping -Communicating directly with other departments (Documents, Conversions, Operations, etc.) -Regular, reliable and punctual attendance Management Responsibilities: None Required Education, Experience and Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field. -1-3 years of related experience within the retirement market. Preferred (but not required) education or skills for this role: -Client Service/Sales Experience within Financial Services industry. -Possesses or is working towards industry designation.
