In support of our mission to advance and promote women in financial services, we are excited to formally launch our 2026 WIPN Workforce Study.

This research is an important opportunity to better understand the experiences, perspectives, and career journeys of professionals and colleagues.

2. Share the survey with your employees (male and female) who also work in financial services. Expanding participation will strengthen the quality and impact of the findings and help ensure we capture a broad range of industry perspectives.

About the Survey

The survey includes 25 questions, and all responses are anonymous. Results will be aggregated to compare and contrast the experiences of men and women.

The survey only takes 10 minutes to complete.
